I'm Melissa Whitaker Brewer, a full time mother, wife, and preschool teacher. I graduated in 2003 from the SC Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities, where I majored in Vocal Performance. From there I went to USC and continued studying voice, while trying to decide whether to minor in psychology, history, or education :) Even through all this, though, I've enjoyed only one hobby: photography. It wasn't until my eldest was a few months old that I really began to focus more on the many aspects of taking the perfect photograph. Since then, I've been blessed with some great opportunities to learn from best friends and mentors, and I feel very lucky for having such a fun hobby, that allows me to include my family, my church, my preschool students, my love for fun and silliness, AND my love for a beautiful photograph all in one.
